Founded in 1982, Ace Precision today is firmly established as a premier supplier to the domestic and international gas turbine marketplace, committed to providing customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
1982
Our company began operations in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin as Ace Precision Machining Corporation, taking pride in supplying local area manufacturers with low- to medium-volume machined components.
1990s
As new management brought aerospace industry experience on board, the mission and direction of our operations changed. One by one, new processes were developed and added to our capabilities list. As our capabilities grew, so did our sales volume, facilities and workforce. We were no longer just a machining company, and took on the trade name Ace Precision.
2003
Ace Precision was providing service to customers around the world. In order to accommodate our continued growth, a new 90,000-square-foot facility was constructed in the Pabst Commerce Center in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. Redundancy of processes between the sites helps to reduce risk and ensure meeting our customer demands.
2015
The company’s strong growth continued and more space was soon needed to allow for new technologies and additional production capacity. In 2015, Ace Precision expanded its Oconomowoc facility, adding another 10,000 square feet of manufacturing space.
Today
Today, the Oconomowoc manufacturing facility serves as our corporate headquarters for OEM production, and our Menomonee Falls facility is a dedicated FAA certified repair station. Still independently owned and managed, Ace Precision Machining, LLC is classified as a small business entity. We take great pride in providing superior service to customers throughout the world, including leading OEMs, such as Honeywell, Siemens and Rolls-Royce.
