Base Pay
Your base salary or hourly wage is determined by a number of factors, including your qualifications and performance, the responsibilities of your position, market factors and cost of living in Southeastern Wisconsin.
Incentive Pay
Annual incentives play an important part of our pay-for-performance culture. Individual and company performance are factored, with a particular focus on quality, continuous improvement, safety, and adherence to our values.
Recognition
Employees can also be recognized for going above and beyond the normal job requirements in the form of Kudos Awards and earning Ace Achievement Award Points that can be redeemed for Ace apparel, health and wellness items, and even additional vacation time! We also like to acknowledge our employees with Thanksgiving turkeys and holiday gifts to show our sincere appreciation for their contributions.

We work hard; we play hard. To reward our employees for their hard work and dedication, Ace Precision hosts several events throughout the year from employee lunches to family picnics. Previous events have been held at the Milwaukee County Zoo, Brewers baseball games, Casino Nights, Milwaukee Public Museum, Comedy Sportz, and other fun and exciting venues.

Paid Time Off
Paid vacation days and personal time. Full-time employees receive six regular holidays and three floating holidays annually. Part-time employees receive holidays in accordance with their work schedule. Leaves of absence for many life events, including family and medical leave, pregnancy and adoption, paid parental leave for mothers and fathers, and military duty.
Paid Parental Leave
To help promote bonding with your child, paid parental leave is available for mothers and fathers for birth, adoption, surrogacy, or placement of a foster child.

We’ll help you prepare for your future with a market-leading retirement benefit. Eligible employees are auto-enrolled into our 401(k) profit-sharing plan after 60 days of employment. Ace Precision matches a portion of eligible employees’ 401(k) contributions to help grow their savings even more. Employer profit sharing contributions are made to eligible employees, no matter how much they personally contribute to their retirement. 401(k) participants have access to a variety of funds that they can use to diversify their investments. All 401(k) participants have access to retirement and financial planning at no additional cost.
